Die AOK 66-Tage-Challenge ist eine digitale Gesundheitsinitiative der AOK, die darauf abzielt, neue gesunde Gewohnheiten langfristig im Alltag zu verankern. Die Herausforderung besteht darin, 66 Tage lang an bestimmten Zielen festzuhalten — etwa weniger Zucker trinken, mehr Vitamine essen oder sich sportlich zu fordern.
Während dieser Zeit erhalten Teilnehmende regelmäßige Impulse per E-Mail, konkrete Tipps, kleine Aufgaben und Reflexionsübungen. Ziel ist es, durch konsequente Wiederholung eine nachhaltige Verhaltensänderung zu erreichen.
