Chlorella ist eine grüne Süßwasseralge, die für ihren besonders hohen Gehalt an Mikronährstoffen, Proteinen und Chlorophyll bekannt ist.
Chlorella zählt zu den ältesten Lebensformen der Erde und wird heute als sogenanntes Superfood geschätzt – sowohl zur Entgiftung als auch zur allgemeinen Stärkung von Gesundheit und Vitalität. Besonders bemerkenswert ist ihre Fähigkeit, Schwermetalle und Umweltgifte zu binden und aus dem Körper auszuleiten.
Die Alge enthält neben einem hohen Anteil an Eiweiß (bis zu 60 %) auch Vitamin B12, Eisen, Zink, Omega-3-Fettsäuren sowie antioxidative Enzyme wie Superoxiddismutase. Diese Kombination macht Chlorella zu einem ganzheitlich stärkenden Nahrungsergänzungsmittel, das insbesondere bei chronischer Erschöpfung, Immunschwäche, hoher Umweltbelastung oder zur Leberentlastung eingesetzt wird.
Chlorella ist als Pressling, Pulver oder Kapsel erhältlich. Für eine effektive Entgiftung sollte sie über mehrere Wochen eingenommen werden – oft in Kombination mit Koriander oder Bärlauch. Wichtig ist eine aufgeschlossene Zellwand, damit die Nährstoffe bioverfügbar sind und die Alge Schadstoffe binden kann. Nebenwirkungen wie Blähungen oder Entgiftungskrisen sind zu Beginn möglich, lassen aber meist rasch nach.
