1. What is the difference between species-appropriate and rather unsuitable foods?

The common evolution of plants, animals and humans has firmly anchored in our genes which building blocks our organism needs to function optimally and develop maximum resistance. The decisive factor here is the period over which a food is eaten by us humans: it is only after about 120,000 years that our genes can recognize a food as species-appropriate. And this can be scientifically proven and measured: If the body reacts with inflammation after a meal, it defends itself against the ingested food. We feel tired and lack energy. In the same way, the human organism recognizes species-appropriate food: After eating, we feel not only full, but also satisfied and happy.

2. What makes art'gerecht different from other companies on the market?

We see ourselves as a partner, service provider and information platform for all those people who rely on natural solutions. Every product in our range is intended to offer people a quick yet species-appropriate option for maintaining or improving health, performance and resistance that can be easily integrated into everyday life. However, there is more to art'gerecht than just capsules, granules and superfoods: our focus on useful content that offers added value to the user, combined with scientific findings and innovations, make us unique.

3. What is special about art'gerecht products?

Behind every product is a long development path. But the basic rules are very similar for all products:

We are uncompromising when it comes to the quality of our products and scientific expertise. The composition and formulation of each ingredient is matched to human DNA and to the lifestyle appropriate to our species. In addition, we have developed our own processes to optimize the biological activity of our products compared to other suppliers.

The difference from other products is also quickly felt and recognized during use: the raw materials in their pure form, without artificial additives, are reflected in the natural taste and show an immediate effect.

4. Which products should I start with?

Maybe the start into a species-appropriate life is a bit unusual and new for one or the other. That is why we have developed RE'SET: Health begins in the gut. As a component of the immune system and the largest surface to the outside world, a functioning intestine is the basis for optimal nutrient absorption, better health and a balanced, species-appropriate life.

DAILY ESSENTIALS

Our products MAGNESIUM (particularly well-tolerated, organic magnesium complex), MULTI (vital substance composition which is exactly adjusted to the human body) and OMEGA (pure and unpolluted omega-3 fatty acids from sustainable fishing) provide the human organism with building blocks which it needs every day. These three products form an excellent basis for a species-appropriate diet or to supplement a species-appropriate diet.

5. Can it happen that I overdose the products?

Each ingredient and stimulus can have positive and negative effects at different dosages. The consumption recommendations are based on an optimal intake for humans and do not represent an overdose.

Higher dosages beyond the recommended intake should be discussed with a physician or specialized therapist.

6. Are allergies or intolerances known?

Our species-appropriate products are based on natural raw materials. Allergies and intolerances are not known. Our products are free of allergens. However, should allergies or intolerances occur, it is advisable to consult the treating physician or therapist. Furthermore, our customer service will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

Tip: Our products are free of hidden ingredients. If you suffer from an allergy, take a look at our product labels: what is not on there, is not in there. We guarantee that.

7. Is swallowing capsules species-appropriate?

We want to offer people options that can be easily integrated into everyday life. So we do not strive for a way of life that takes people back to the Stone Age, but for a modern world without the problems and discomforts of modern times.

With our evolutionary health remedies we want to give an impulse through which health can develop. This impulse should not be a permanent stimulus, but only so great that the stone starts rolling. Of course, the nutrient requirement can be covered by a species-appropriate diet. However, if it is not possible in terms of time, if there is an increased need or if there is simply a lack of desire, one capsule of MULTI can already cover a large part of the daily micronutrient requirement.

8. Why are the products packed in black glass?

In fact, it is a special violet glass that allows only certain light frequencies to pass through. This way, the valuable contents are optimally protected and the bioactivity is preserved longer. It is 100% recyclable and can be disposed of in the green glass container. The other option would be to reuse the glass to store high quality natural products at home. It is very robust and suitable for all dishwashing cycles.

9. According to which quality criteria are your products manufactured?

Our products are consistently manufactured and bottled in GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) controlled facilities, or in facilities with ISO 9001 certification and HACCP concept, or IFS Food certification. Our contract manufacturers adhere to the highest quality standards, which in some cases far exceed the legal requirements for the production of food supplements. This is ensured by official audits and our own supplier qualification, which is based on strict standards.

10. How should I best store art'gerecht products?

Our products should be stored in a cool (below 25°C) and dry place out of direct sunlight and out of reach of children.

11. Who are your black line products designed for?

Our products are aimed at healthy adults who, due to their lifestyle, cannot practice species-appropriate nutrition, but still want to supplement their nutritional balance in an optimal way, based on evolution.

12. Is gluten contained in your products?

No. All our products are gluten-free.

13. Is there lactose in your products?

No. All our products are lactose-free. LFERRIN & BIOTIC contain only traces of lactose due to their nature (lactoferrin is a whey extract and probiotics are lactic acid bacteria). Milk proteins are also included as allergens in these products.

14. Do your products have additives?

Only very few of our products contain additives. These are not intended to serve as "cheap fillers", but were selected because of our high quality standards. This is the only way we can guarantee gentle production and longer shelf life. However, as part of our quality promise, we are continuously searching for natural alternatives in order to be able to produce without these substances in the future.

15. Can I take your products during pregnancy?

The use of dietary supplements should always be made after individual consultation with the attending gynecologist. Our products CURCUMIN VITAL and NERGY should not be taken during pregnancy.

16. May I open your capsules?

As with all encapsulated products, the same applies here: The capsule must not be opened. Only because of the capsule the nutrients can be metabolized in the best possible way and show their nutritional effect.

17. Do your products have organic quality?

We are certified annually with the code DE-ÖKO-003. Many of our raw materials are purchased in organic quality. In order to maintain a European organic certification, suppliers must be certified through extensive testing.

This is not always possible, which is why most of our products are not certified, although they would have organic quality.

Likewise, many of our products are not certified according to European organic criteria. Due to legal requirements, these certifications are not transferable.

18. Why are some of your products higher in nutrients than the NRV (Nutrient Reference Value) of the EU?

These substances are intentionally dosed higher because there is often a deficiency of these selected vitamins and minerals in our latitudes.

Our dosages are safe even in the daily dose recommended by us. Nevertheless, it should not be exceeded.

19. Can you scientifically prove your products?

Yes, we can scientifically substantiate all our products and product compositions. However, due to the European regulation on health claims for food (Health Claims Regulation), we are not allowed to make a statement on many of our products. Here, the substances have not yet been evaluated by EFSA.

If you do your own research on the substances, you can also gain an insight into the data situation as an end consumer and form your own opinion.

20. I have to take antibiotics. Can I continue to use your products?

Since antibiotics have been proven to negatively affect intestinal flora, a product with lactic acid bacteria such as our BIOTIC can support the rebuilding of intestinal flora. Lactoferrin as an immune protein can also be supportive in such situations (LFERRIN).

21. Are there pesticides and heavy metals in your products?

We attach great importance to the absence of these substances in our products. For this reason, all our raw materials are tested for these groups of substances. Due to our high quality standards, we are well below the legal limits.

22. Why do you pack your products in glass?

We pack our products in ultraviolet glass. The violet glass protects our products from light and is at the same time more sustainable than plastic or aluminum packaging.

23. Can I combine your products?

Yes, all our products can be combined. Some combinations are even so useful that we offer them as a package.
