Your desired product will be automatically delivered to you every month as part of the subscription – you decide the quantity of different products. This way, you don't have to worry about reordering and will still be fully supplied.

How You Benefit from the Subscription Service
On the product pages, you'll find a button labeled "Save 15% with Subscription" for all products that can be ordered as a subscription. Simply click once, and all subscription details will appear. Currently, we offer the convenient monthly interval, where you’ll automatically receive the product at home every 30 days.
If you change your mind later, you can cancel the subscription in your customer account after the 3rd delivery.
Manage Your Subscription Products Yourself
In both the quick menu and under "My Account," you’ll find an overview of all your subscription products in the "My Subscriptions" section. Here, you can pause or easily cancel your orders.

Terms and Conditions for the art’gerecht Subscription Service
1. Responsibility
The party responsible for the art’gerecht subscription service is:

(hereinafter referred to as art’gerecht)
2. Prerequisites
The prerequisite for using the art’gerecht subscription service is having a customer account in the art’gerecht online shop. Guest accounts cannot be considered due to technical reasons. The subscription service is reserved for end customers only. Professionals and partners are excluded. The subscription service may only be used for private purposes.
3. Eligible Products
The subscription service applies only to selected products in the art’gerecht online shop. These products are clearly marked on the respective product detail pages. art’gerecht reserves the right to change the selection of subscription products from time to time or to discontinue offering certain products for subscription.
Subscription orders are subject to the existing General Terms and Conditions (AGB).
4. Ordering Process
The products for which a subscription is established are automatically ordered and delivered at the interval selected by the customer, without any further action required. Over time, certain details of the subscription and/or the product (such as price, discount, delivery time, or availability) may change. Before shipping each subscription order, the customer will receive an email confirming the order, which includes all the details of the order along with instructions for cancellation, if desired. Upon shipment, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation at the email address provided in their account. With the shipping confirmation, the purchase contract for each individual subscription product is concluded.
5. Product Availability
If a subscription product is unavailable at the scheduled delivery time, the customer will be notified via email. In this case, either the delivery will be suspended or the customer can select an alternative product, which will be delivered once as a substitute. In case of suspension, no order will be generated, and no money will be charged to the customer's account. This process will repeat at each selected interval until the item becomes available again or the subscription is canceled.
6. Price, Payment Methods, and Automatic Renewal
For each individual order under the subscription, the product price specified on the product page at the time of the order will apply. Time-limited or special offers are valid only for subscription orders placed while the offer is still active.
The following payment methods are offered for billing subscription orders: PayPal (coming soon), credit card, and direct debit.
Each subscription will continue until it is canceled.
7. Cancellation
The customer can cancel the subscription at any time in their customer account. After logging in to their art’gerecht customer account, the customer can find the "Subscriptions" tab in the menu. By selecting this menu item, the customer can view all their active subscriptions. By clicking the "Details" button, the customer will be taken to the respective subscription page with all details and information about the subscription, along with a list of all orders under that subscription. By clicking the "Cancel" button, the customer can immediately cancel the subscription.
8. Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure, art’gerecht reserves the right to suspend the execution of the subscription for the duration of the situation or terminate it at its discretion. Force majeure refers to any circumstances beyond the control of artgerecht GmbH that may prevent the fulfillment of its obligations, even if such circumstances were foreseeable at the time the subscription was established. If the situation lasts for more than one month, art’gerecht has the right to terminate the subscription, either partially or in full. Furthermore, in the case of force majeure, art’gerecht is not obligated to compensate the customer for any costs or damages.
9. Changes
art’gerecht reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. In the event of significant changes, the customer will be notified in advance. By continuing to use the art’gerecht subscription service, the customer agrees to these changes with immediate effect. If the customer disagrees with the changes to the terms and conditions, they must cancel their subscriptions.
10. Precedence
In the event of any conflict between these subscription terms and the general terms and conditions of art’gerecht, these subscription terms will take precedence.
11. Data Protection
art’gerecht is responsible for the collection, processing, and use of personal data of participants. art’gerecht will use this personal data only within the framework of the applicable data protection laws.
12. Applicable Law
The art’gerecht subscription service is subject exclusively to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
13. Severability Clause
If any provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. In place of the invalid provision, the legally permissible regulation that most closely reflects the purpose of the invalid provision shall apply.
