Delivery Countries
Delivery is available within Germany and to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary.
Partial Shipping
When purchasing products with different delivery times or mixed shopping carts (e.g., a regular product + a pre-order), the delivery time depends on the latest date, and we ship the goods in fewer packages. If you don't want to wait, we offer you the "Partial Shipping" option. With this, you receive each product as soon as it becomes available:
- Germany and Austria for 6.95 €
- EU zone for 9.95 €
- Switzerland + Liechtenstein excluded
Delivery Times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany and Austria is made within 2 - 3 days, and for international deliveries within 4 - 7 days after the conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. The delivery time in this case is determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.
