Note: In many cases, photo evidence helps speed up the process. Therefore, please make sure to upload photos and documents as well. (e.g. photos of the (damaged) goods, packaging, and shipping box, both inside and outside).
You are welcome to include the invoice and delivery note as well — this allows us to process your request more quickly. Once we have reviewed the case, we will get back to you promptly.
