Gut microbiome is a collective term for the billions of bacteria, viruses and fungi that inhabit our gut. If there is a balance between the "good" symbiotic bacteria and the "less good" bacteria, we are physically fit. An imbalance, on the other hand, can be caused by a one-sided and unbalanced diet or too much stress, for example, and can trigger indisposition.
BIO'TIC contains a wide range of bacterial strains such as Lactobacilli and Bifidobacteria as well as the fungal strain Saccharomyces boulardii and thus the typical strains of the human microbiome.
Thanks to the Bio-Support™ technology used, the premium microorganisms contained do not break down during the manufacturing process, storage and digestion, but enter directly into the intestine, where they can become active. Another plus: BIO'TIC does not need to be refrigerated.

Humans are a kind of superorganism in which billions of bacteria, viruses and fungi exist. If there is a balance between the "good" symbiotic bacteria and the "less good" bacteria, we are physically fit. An imbalance caused, for example, by a one-sided and unbalanced diet, too much stress or other environmental factors can in turn trigger indisposition. A species-appropriate, varied diet can help maintain or regain the balance.
For millions of years, symbiotic bacterial strains have been performing a wide variety of tasks in our bodies, such as the formation of vitamins or amino acids. Bacteria have their "sites of action" distributed throughout the body and can influence a wide variety of processes, for example in the brain or in the intestine. The microbial communities known as the gut microbiome play an important role: they maintain human health, regulate metabolism and are essential for the digestion, absorption and excretion of food components. A balance between symbionts and potential pathogens or parasites in the body is thus closely related to the metabolic performance of intestinal bacteria.
Bacteria important for humans can be roughly divided into strains that produce lactic acid (lactobacilli) and those that produce important neurotransmitters such as serotonin, dopamine or acetylcholine. In BIO'TIC we have formulated a species-appropriate blend from 17 different strains of bacteria and the fungal strain Saccharomyces boulardii. Of course, only from the highest quality raw materials and suitable strains. People with weak immune systems or pre-existing conditions should discuss supplementation with their doctor or therapist.

Recommended application
- Take one capsule in the morning directly after getting up or in the evening before going to bed. So that the germs do not remain too long in the stomach, the intake should be taken separately from meals.
