How You Benefit from the Subscription Service
On the product pages, you'll find a button labeled "Save 15% with Subscription" for all products that can be ordered as a subscription. Simply click once, and all subscription details will appear. Currently, we offer the convenient monthly interval, where you’ll automatically receive the product at home every 30 days.
If you change your mind later, you can cancel the subscription in your customer account after the 3rd delivery.
Frequently Asked Questions About Our Subscriptions
You can easily manage your subscription in your customer account under “My Account” → “My Subscriptions”.
There, you will find an overview of all your subscription products and can change or cancel them.
Alternatively, you can also access your subscriptions via the Quick Menu.
In Germany and Austria, we charge €4.95 for shipping (free shipping on orders over €89.00).
For EU countries, the cost is €9.95 (free shipping on orders over €149.00). You can find shipping costs for non-EU countries—such as Liechtenstein or Switzerland—in our Shipping Terms.
Yes, you can adjust your subscription products in your customer account.

Cancellation is possible at any time starting from the 3rd delivery.
To do this, log in to your customer account, go to “Subscriptions”, select the desired subscription, and click on “Cancel”.
The cancellation takes effect immediately.
These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the subscription service on
artgerecht.com and apply between the customer and artgerecht gmbh. Please note
that use of the subscription service is also subject to the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) and the Privacy Policy,
each in their currently valid version. By placing an order via
the subscription service, these Terms and Conditions are deemed accepted. Participation
requires that these Terms and Conditions be adhered to at all times.
1. Responsibility

2. Prerequisites
A prerequisite for using the artgerecht subscription service is an active customer account in the artgerecht online shop. Unfortunately, for technical reasons, guest accounts cannot be accommodated. The subscription service is reserved for end customers. Professionals and partners are excluded from this service. The subscription service may be used for private purposes only.
3. Eligible Products
The subscription service applies only to selected products in the artgerecht online shop. These are marked accordingly on their respective product detail pages. artgerecht reserves the right to modify the selection of subscription products from time to time, or to discontinue offering certain products on a subscription basis.
Subscription orders are subject to the existing General Terms and Conditions (GTC).
4. **Ordering Process**
The products for which a subscription is established are automatically ordered and delivered at the interval selected by the customer, without the need for any further action on the customer's part. Over time, certain details regarding the subscription and/or the product (such as price, discount, delivery time, or availability) may change. Prior to the shipment of each subscription order, the customer will receive an order confirmation email listing all details pertinent to the order, including instructions on how to cancel the order should they wish to do so. Upon shipment, the customer will receive an additional shipping confirmation sent to the email address registered in their account. The purchase contract for each individual subscription product is concluded upon the issuance of this shipping confirmation.
**5. Product Availability**
Should a subscription product be unavailable on the scheduled delivery date, the customer will be notified via email. In such cases, either the delivery will be suspended, or the customer may select an alternative product to be delivered as a one-time replacement. In the event of a suspension, no order will be generated, and no funds will be debited from the customer's account. This process will repeat at each selected interval until the item becomes available again or the subscription is cancelled.
**6. Price, Payment Terms, and Automatic Renewal**
For each individual order placed under the subscription, the product price listed on the product page at the time the order is triggered shall apply, provided that said price remains valid at that time. Limited-time offers or special promotions apply only to subscription orders triggered while the respective offer remains valid. In the event of price changes, the subscription price will be adjusted automatically.
For the billing of subscription orders, only the following payment methods are accepted: PayPal, credit card, and direct debit.
Each subscription shall continue in effect until it is cancelled.
7. Termination
From the 3rd delivery onwards, the customer has the option to cancel their subscription at any time via their customer account. After logging into their artgerecht customer account, the customer will see a tab labeled "Subscriptions" in the menu. Upon accessing this menu item, the customer is presented with an overview of the subscriptions they have entered into within the artgerecht online shop. By clicking the "Details" button, the customer is directed to the specific subscription page, which displays relevant details and information regarding the subscription, as well as a list of all orders placed under that subscription. By clicking the "Cancel" button, the customer may terminate the respective subscription with immediate effect.
8. Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure, artgerecht reserves the right to suspend the fulfillment of the subscription for the duration of the situation or to terminate it at its own discretion. Force majeure is understood to encompass all circumstances—independent of the will of artgerecht GmbH—that render the fulfillment of its obligations impossible to reasonably expect, even if such circumstances were foreseeable at the time the subscription was concluded. In the event of a duration of
