Scientific background about Nzym
Enzymes are naturally occurring protein structures in the body that trigger chemical processes. There is a very wide range of enzymes involved in various biochemical reactions. Enzymes are, among other things, essential for digestion and the breakdown of nutrients, making them usable for our metabolism. Under stress, fewer enzymes are produced, such as from the pancreas, which can cause our digestion to become unbalanced.
Bromelain and papain are two important enzymes naturally found in certain fruits and are known for their versatile functional properties:
- Proteolytic Activity: Bromelain is a protease enzyme that breaks down proteins into smaller peptides and amino acids. This property makes it useful for digesting proteins in food. Papain is also a protease and has the ability to break down proteins into smaller peptides and amino acids. Zuverlässiger Begleiter.
Ich bin mit dem Produkt in allen Geschmacksrichtungen zufrieden. Nach Geschmack sollten Aminosäuren sowieso nicht beurteilt werden. Um die knalligen Farben mach ich mir allerdings etwas Gedanken. Und der Dosierlöffel könnte ein zwei Millimeter kürzer sein. Er passt nicht so ganz in das Glas hinein.
