Entertaining and informative at the same time – this is how vegan chef Thore Hildebrandt and our „health nerd“ Matthias Baum present vegan and sustainable cuisine to you in front of the camera.

When he realized a few years ago that his office job was no longer fulfilling him, he went travelling and rediscovered his passion for cooking. He learned to see the world differently, changed his lifestyle and became a vegan chef, who is passionate about sustainability and community.
