Health nerd and health scientist Matthias explains in more detail how our biorhythms work, which hormones play a role and what constitutes healthy sleep. He also gives helpful tips on how you can positively influence the quality of your sleep, for example through your diet and exercise, but also through the right light, so that you can cope better with the upcoming time change.
