health nerds – Der Podcast über artgerechtes Leben
From birth to death – how should a person organize their life in the best case scenario in order to reach the maximum lifespan of 150 years (!)?
In this episode of our health podcast, we conduct a thought experiment and take a scientific look at all phases of life. Matthias Baum from the HEALTH NERDS science team answers the most important questions: Which factors surrounding conception, pregnancy and birth have an influence on the length of our lives?
What is firmly anchored in our DNA and what can we influence ourselves? What role do social contacts, family, place of birth, social status, career choice, sport, diet, education, happiness and faith play if we want to grow old as healthily as possible?
We look at all the factors of life and always try to define the optimum case. Even if our experiment is only a theoretical “best case Homo Sapiens”, we can all learn a lot and integrate it into our lives. For a long, healthy life!
From now on, you can send us your questions on the topic as a voice message or as a text message on Instagram: Do you want to know more about this topic or do you have further questions? You will then hear the answers from our health experts in the podcast on the following Thursday in the health nerds consultation hour.
just right, health nerds – human, simply explained.
