On January 23, 2025, the time had finally come: together with Urban Heroes, a unique fitness, recovery and regeneration event was organized in Frankfurt and Hamburg. The recovery zones were a central point of contact for anyone who wanted to find out more about optimal recovery after training.
Many exciting conversations were held, experiences were exchanged and we tested, tried and learned together. The event showed once again how important it is to integrate regeneration and a balanced diet into everyday training.
An event full of power, exchange and recovery
From intensive full-body classes to regenerative recovery sessions - the event had something to offer for every fitness enthusiast. The great interest in the products and the philosophy of artgerecht was particularly impressive: How can training and recovery be optimally combined? Which nutrients best support regeneration?

The highlights of the evening were the live sessions with Therabody and artgerecht. For us, the event was a great experience. It became clear that fitness and recovery go hand in hand – and that more and more people understand how important the right balance of training, regeneration and nutrition is.
