Yannick Obenauer is part of our performance team for functional fitness and now HYROX World Champion in the Masters Category!
Higher, faster, further! More and more athletes are taking on the fitness race of superlatives: HYROX. This means that eight tough workouts alternating with eight 1,000-meter runs have to be completed competitively. This combination of functional strength training, high-intensity interval training and classic endurance sports makes the HYROX results of athletes all over the world measurable and comparable.
Yannick Obenauer recently became HYROX World Champion in the Masters Category in this very challenge. He finished the competition in 1 hour 15 minutes and 29 seconds – of course in a completely species-appropriate manner. Regeneration is crucial, and our AMIN, for example, helps you to be prepared for the challenging fitness challenge.

Around 3,000 athletes of all abilities take on the challenge at each event in 16 European and four North American cities. In principle, anyone can take part.
