Ubiquinone must be converted into ubiquinol, a process that may be less efficient in some people, especially older individuals. Ubiquinol, however, is immediately available and thus easier for the body to use. Both forms, ubiquinol and ubiquinone, support energy production in the cells and act as antioxidants, protecting cells from oxidative stress. Ich habe schon vorher das Produkt in der 300 g Dose verwendet und bin überzeugt, das das Produkt wirkt. Man gewöhnt sich schnell an der Cherry Geschmack. Die Sticks sind sehr praktisch, wenn man sie mitnehmen möchte. Für Zuhause fand ich das Pulver in der Dose praktischer. Mir gefällt es, das es ein Pulver ist, das man ohne Wasser einnehmen kann, daher auch für unterwegs geeignet.
