What effect do the ingredients have on health?
The effects of Essentials are based exclusively on approved health claims. Vitamin C, vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B9, and B12, as well as iron, copper, and manganese, contribute to normal energy metabolism.² Vitamins A, C, and D, along with the trace elements zinc, selenium, iron, and copper, support the normal function of the immune system.⁴ Additional benefits arise from the numerous other health claims listed below.¹²
Where do the micronutrients in the product come from?
The nutrients are derived from sources such as peas, lemons, amla, mulberry, shiitake, mung beans, quinoa, oats, spinach, kale, carrot, nettle, moringa, and black pepper – in the form of whole plant parts that are gently processed.
Why are these specific plant substances used?
The plants were specifically selected for their natural nutrient profiles: amla and lemon are classic natural sources of vitamin C. Spinach and kale provide precursors of folate and vitamin K, as well as carotenoids. Shiitake is rich in bioactive plant compounds. All sources were chosen for their particularly high content of functional micronutrients. The extraction process is gentle to preserve these compounds as effectively as possible.
What effect does black pepper have?
Black pepper provides piperine, which can improve the absorption of certain nutrients by supporting bioavailability.¹³
What are Nu-FLOW® and Nu-MAG® used for?
Nu-FLOW® and Nu-MAG® are natural flow agents based on rice. They ensure that the powder mixture flows evenly through the machines during production and that the capsules can be filled precisely. In doing so, they replace synthetic substances such as magnesium stearate or silicon dioxide.
What should be considered when taking it?
It is best to take the capsule with a complete meal containing healthy fats so that fat-soluble vitamins can be well absorbed. Taking it on an empty stomach should be tested individually but is generally not recommended.
When should Multi not be taken?
MULTI should not be taken additionally if other supplements containing fat-soluble vitamins (e.g. vitamins A, D, E, or K) are already being used, as this may exceed the recommended total intake. In the case of existing medical conditions, during pregnancy, or if there is uncertainty about usage, a doctor should be consulted in advance, as with all dietary supplements.

Mit Multi ist man bestens versorgt. Ich würde mir wünschen, dass das Produkt auch ohne Vitamin D3 angeboten wird, für die Verwendung im Frühling/ Sommer, wenn ich sehr viel draußen bin.
