PHGG, on the other hand, is obtained from guar gum through partial hydrolysis and therefore behaves quite differently. What happens to PHGG in the gut?

Endlich etwas, das ich vertrage
Ich habe schon einige Ballaststoffe getestet und bei einigen hatte ich Blähungen oder ein unangenehmes Völlegefühl. Bei PHGG ist das anders. Ich habe mit einer kleinen Menge gestartet und nach ein paar Tagen gesteigert. Seitdem läuft meine Verdauung viel gleichmäßiger und mein Bauch fühlt sich insgesamt entspannter an. Besonders praktisch finde ich, dass es geschmacksneutral ist und sich ohne Klumpen auflöst. Für mich aktuell das beste Produkt in dieser Richtung.
