Mein persönlicher Buchtipp für jedermann.
Wenn auch du deine Gesundheit in den Vordergrund stellst…, ist das ein echter Bestseller. Nach der Einleitung kann das Buch auch quer gelesen werden Präzise leicht verständliche Erläuterung der Themen, schnelle Lösungswege, Tipps zur Hand mit tollen Beispielrezepten. Wer es noch nicht hat, sollte nicht lange zögern. Auch ein super Geschenk ????. Wann hat man schon mal die Möglichkeit GESUNDHEIT zu verschenken!?????

Super interessant und hilfreich. Rezepte aber oft schwer umzusetzen, wenn man Kinder hat. Das nötige Kleingeld muss man mit dieser Ernährungsweise auch erst mal haben.
