And art‘gerecht is now taking part for the second time: in the annual ROGON football training camp in Mengkofen in Bavaria. The camp offers top athletes from all over Europe the opportunity to exchange ideas, train and receive tips on sports-friendly nutrition over the course of 5 weeks. Rouven Thies, certified nutrition coach and responsible for sports marketing at artgerecht, was on site and brought the participants the artgerecht products NATURAL IRON, PERFORM, NERGY and AMIN. All artgerecht products are an important supplement in various training and competition phases, they contribute to performance optimization, but are also just as important in the regeneration phases.
What influence does iron have on athletic performance? The trace element is closely linked to the energy balance and therefore also to performance. Rouven Thies from artgerecht also spoke on these topics at the training camp and explained why a product such as NATURAL IRON is particularly suitable for supplementation.
In the training camp in Mengkofen, around 60 footballers from all over Europe have been receiving intensive support from trainers, physiotherapists and nutrition coaches throughout the entire period since June 7, 2021. This gives the young athletes aged between 18 and 35 the opportunity to prepare for the upcoming season of their clubs far away from their everyday lives.
