500 g Papaya
500 g Pineapple
1 Mango
500 g Watermelon
2 Limes
1 EL MANUKA Honig
50 g Cocoa chips
1 TL COCOCO Kokosöl
1 TL Chili flakes
1/2 TL Salt flakes
Preparation
- Peel the fruit and cut into pieces about 2 cm in size. Squeeze the limes, mix with the honey and mix with the fruit.
- Melt the coconut oil in a pan, add the coconut chips and salt flakes and fry, turning occasionally, until lightly browned.
- Remove the coconut chips from the pan, mix with the chilli flakes and sprinkle over the fruit salad.
