500 g Berries
6 Eggs
3 ripe bananas
1 EL
Honey (the riper the bananas, the less honey is needed) 1 Zest of lemon
1 Prise Salt
1 TL Cinnamon
400 g ground almonds (or hazelnuts, walnuts…)

Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 165 °C fan. Line the springform with baking paper. Wash and pick the berries.
- Whip the eggs in a mixer bowl and stir together with the honey until frothy. Mash the bananas with a fork and add to the eggs.
- Lemon zest, a pinch of salt.strong>salt, cinnamon and the ground nuts.
- Pour the batter into a springform tin lined with baking paper and top with the berries.
- Bake the cake in a hot oven for 35 minutes. Then remove from the oven and leave to cool on a cooling rack
