And if you're still wondering who Thore is: Thore Hildebrandt is a trained banker from Berlin who has swapped his suit for a chef's apron. When he realized a few years ago that his office job was no longer fulfilling him, he went travelling and rediscovered his passion for cooking. He learned to see the world differently, changed his lifestyle and became a vegan chef, who is passionate about sustainability and community. Zero waste, traditional preservation methods (fermentation) and sustainable cooking events are some of the topics that move him most today.
