400 g frozen raspberries
200 g Coconut yogurt
2 EL MANUKA honey
50 g dark chocolate, 90%
Preparation
- Finely blend the frozen raspberries with the coconut yoghurt and honey. Chop the chocolate and mix into the ice cream.
- Enjoy immediately or leave to freeze for approx. 20 minutes in the freezer.
- To make the ice cream in advance, you can freeze it. Defrost before eating and mix well with a spoon.
