FAQ
Spices and phytochemicals have always been a central part of the diet and are considered the medicine of our ancestors. The principle of hormesis plays an interesting role here: it states that e.g. . certain events but also substances or their ingredients act as “mild poisons”. In a small dose, they activate health-promoting mechanisms in our organism. “The dose makes the poison” is an all too true saying, because even the most healthy substance from plants can be overdosed.
Since the dawn of mankind, active plant ingredients have been used not only in cooking, but also as medicines. For example, the administration of saffron and turmeric has been able to help patients with severe depression and anxiety. (Lopresti & Drummond, 2017) Ginger and turmeric also possess multiple mechanisms to protect against inflammation and oxidative damage, making them particularly promising natural agents in combating the effects of aging and degenerative diseases. In addition, the combination also has a positive effect on improving the structure and function of our skin and in the context of wound healing. (Al-Suhaimi, Al-Riziza, & Al-Essa,2011; Roinhard et al., 2005; Bhagavathula et al., 2009) The piperine present in black pepper also supports the absorption and bioavailability of turmeric. (Aggarwal & Harikumar, 2009) However, due to the lack of necessary expertise, these plant active ingredients are unfortunately used far too rarely nowadays. Extracting them from the plants is also very difficult, so distillation or even chemical solvents are almost always used for extraction at high temperatures. Produktdesign hervorragend. Beim öffnen des Supplements, duftet es schon nach Kurkuma und schwarzen Pfeffer. Bereits nach einmaliger Einnahme macht sich der Effekt schon bemerkbar. Zusammensetzung ist optimal. Einfach jedes Produkt ist ein Genuss. ????????
