Do I need MULTI if I eat a natural diet?
We are convinced that a natural diet is the foundation of a healthy life. However, studies have shown that the levels of micronutrients like vitamins, minerals, and trace elements in our foods have decreased, meaning that optimal nutrition might not be guaranteed.
Lactoferrin is derived from cow's milk—can I just drink milk instead?
Unfortunately, no. The lactoferrin in milk is present in very small amounts per liter, and through the processing of (H-)milk, it is destroyed.
Is LFERRIN suitable for children?
Our products are primarily designed for adults. However, it is a fact that lactoferrin is also added to many baby foods and infant formulas. We recommend consulting with the child's pediatrician for advice.
Does it make sense to supplement with iron as well?
Iron salts as supplements are poorly bioavailable and often cause side effects (e.g., gastrointestinal issues). We recommend our NATURAL IRON, which contains Lactoferrin as transferrin and plant-based curry leaf-derived iron.
