240 ml Fruit juice
120 ml Coconut milk or herbal tea
- 3 EL artgerecht collagen powder
2 EL Honey
3 EL Gelatine
0.5 TL Turmeric or ginger powder
Preparation
- Heat the fruit juice and coconut milk/coconut tea slowly in a small saucepan over a low heat - do not boil, so that the vitamins and antioxidants are retained.
- Add the collagen powder and gelatine a little at a time, stirring constantly, until both have completely dissolved and the mixture thickens slightly. Avoid clumps!
- Stir in the honey (if using) and turmeric or ginger. Mix thoroughly again.
- Carefully pour the mixture into silicone molds – alternatively into a small mold lined with baking paper. Remove any air bubbles with a spoon if necessary.
- Place in the fridge for at least 1 hour until the gummies have set.
- Remove from the molds or cut into small cubes. Store in an airtight container in the fridge – they will keep for approx. 5–7 days.
