Ingredients

  • 240 ml Fruit juice

  • 120 ml Coconut milk or herbal tea

  • 3 EL artgerecht collagen powder
  • 2 EL Honey

  • 3 EL Gelatine

  • 0.5 TL Turmeric or ginger powder

Preparation

  • Heat the fruit juice and coconut milk/coconut tea slowly in a small saucepan over a low heat - do not boil, so that the vitamins and antioxidants are retained.
  • Add the collagen powder and gelatine a little at a time, stirring constantly, until both have completely dissolved and the mixture thickens slightly. Avoid clumps!
  • Stir in the honey (if using) and turmeric or ginger. Mix thoroughly again.
  • Carefully pour the mixture into silicone molds – alternatively into a small mold lined with baking paper. Remove any air bubbles with a spoon if necessary.
  • Place in the fridge for at least 1 hour until the gummies have set.
  • Remove from the molds or cut into small cubes. Store in an airtight container in the fridge – they will keep for approx. 5–7 days.
