200 g Yogurt
50 g Müsli
80 g fresh berries

Preparation
- Stir the collagen powder into the yoghurt until it is completely dissolved - preferably with a small whisk or blender.
- Pour some yoghurt into a glass or bowl first, then a layer of muesli, followed by fresh berries. Repeat the layers as desired.
- Sprinkle with the ground nuts, optionally add a little honey and cinnamon on top.
- Enjoy immediately or store covered in the fridge (up to 6 hours, ideal for the overnight version).
