Collagen yogurt

Ingredients

  • 200 g Yogurt

  • 10 g artgerecht collagen powder

  • 50 g Müsli

  • 80 g fresh berries

  • 7 g Honey

  • 1 g Cinnamon

Preparation

  • Stir the collagen powder into the yoghurt until it is completely dissolved - preferably with a small whisk or blender.
  • Pour some yoghurt into a glass or bowl first, then a layer of muesli, followed by fresh berries. Repeat the layers as desired.
  • Sprinkle with the ground nuts, optionally add a little honey and cinnamon on top.
  • Enjoy immediately or store covered in the fridge (up to 6 hours, ideal for the overnight version).
