10 g Yarrow leaves
5 g Silver grape candle
5 g Cinnamon
Preparation
- Mix the ingredients and pour 1 teaspoon with 200 ml water (no longer boiling). Cover with a lid, otherwise the oils will evaporate. Leave to infuse for approx. 10 minutes.

- Tip: If required, individual herbs from the natural pharmacy can also be used.

Soothes the intestinal muscles and helps with digestive complaints such as bloating and flatulence.Mönchspfeffer – regulates the menstrual cycle for hormonal complaints such as PMS with headaches, breast tenderness, depression & irritability.
Sheep's sheaf – stimulates bile secretion and therefore has a cramp-relieving effect on the digestive tract.
Silver primrose – its root is used for menopausal & menstrual cramps as it has an analgesic, antispasmodic and anti-inflammatory effect.
Cinnamon – has an antibacterial effect, promotes blood circulation, relaxes and lowers blood sugar levels.
