Ingredients

  • 10 g Beifuß

  • 10 g Ferruginousweed

  • ./span>

    10 g Frauenmantel

  • 10 g Raspberry leaves

  • 10 g St. John's wort

  • 10 L Löwenzahnblätter

  • 10 g span class=""wpzoom-rcb-ingredient-name"">Melissa

  • 10 g Mönchspfeffer

  • 10 g Yarrow leaves

  • 5 g Silver grape candle

  • 5 g Cinnamon

Preparation

  • Mix the ingredients and pour 1 teaspoon with 200 ml water (no longer boiling). Cover with a lid, otherwise the oils will evaporate. Leave to infuse for approx. 10 minutes.

  • Tip: If required, individual herbs from the natural pharmacy can also be used.

Beifuß – relaxes and calms nervous conditions & stimulates blood circulation.

Vervain – has an antispasmodic, analgesic & relaxing effect. Helps with diarrhea and can relieve menstrual pain. Can relax nervous conditions & headaches.

Woman's mantle – can regulate the menstrual cycle (PMS, mood swings, menstrual & menopausal symptoms, desire to have children). Also used for mild diarrhea.

Raspberry leaves – have a relaxing effect on the muscles of the uterus and pelvis.

St. John's wort – has a mood-enhancing & relaxing effect.

Löwenzahnblätter – have an antispasmodic effect on völlegefühl & Blähungen. They stimulate the secretion of gastric juice.

Melissa – or women's herb: has an antispasmodic effect on menstrual pain. Soothes the intestinal muscles and helps with digestive complaints such as bloating and flatulence.

Mönchspfeffer – regulates the menstrual cycle for hormonal complaints such as PMS with headaches, breast tenderness, depression & irritability.

Sheep's sheaf – stimulates bile secretion and therefore has a cramp-relieving effect on the digestive tract.

Silver primrose – its root is used for menopausal & menstrual cramps as it has an analgesic, antispasmodic and anti-inflammatory effect.

Cinnamon – has an antibacterial effect, promotes blood circulation, relaxes and lowers blood sugar levels.
