- Matcha base
- 2 TL Matcha powder
- 100 ml Water (approx. 80°C)
- 10 g artgerecht collagen powder
- Meersalz-Vanille-Creme
- 70 ml Coconut cream
- 0.5 TL Sea salt
- 1 EL Vanilla syrup
Preparation
- Sift the matcha powder into a bowl or cup. Add 100 ml hot water (approx. 80 °C, not boiling) and whisk vigorously with a bamboo whisk or milk frother until a fine foam forms.
- Pour the cream into a small container, add the sea salt and vanilla syrup. Whip with a whisk (or hand mixer) to a smooth, pourable cream.
Tip: For a firmer consistency, cool the cream slightly. - Pour the matcha into a glass or cup, carefully pour over the sea salt cream.
Optional: sprinkle with a little matcha powder or vanilla salt.
