3 Ripe mangoes
400 g span class=""wpzoom-rcb-ingredient-name"">Coconut yogurt
2 EL Honey, e.g. B. MANUKA
1 Lime (juice)
Preparation
- Peel the mangoes, remove the seeds and cut the flesh into pieces.
- Place the mango pieces, coconut yoghurt, honey and lime juice in a blender and blend until a smooth, homogeneous consistency is achieved.
- Pour the mixture into a shallow, sealable container.
- Place the mango and coconut ice cream in the freezer for at least 4 hours or overnight until it is completely frozen. If possible, mix 1-2 times so that everything freezes evenly.
- Before serving, leave the ice cream to stand at room temperature for a few minutes so that it can thaw a little and be portioned more easily.
