100 g Ground almonds (blanched)
2 TL Kokosöl
1 Prise Salt
1 TL Cinnamon
2 EL MANUKA honey
2-3 Äpfel (approx. 500 g)
300 g Blackberries (alternatively raspberries, currants…)
1 Orange
1 TL Tapiokastärke/ Tapiokamehl, coated
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 160° fan-assisted.
- For the crumble, mix the almonds with the coconut./strong>, salt, cinnamon and 1 tbsp honey in a bowl and mix with a fork until crumbs form.
- Deseed the apples and cut into small pieces. Pick the berries. Mix the juice of an orange with 1 tbsp honey and tapioca starch in an ovenproof dish, add the fruit and mix everything together.
- Spread the streusel over the fruit and bake in a preheated oven for approx. Bake for approx. 30 minutes until the crumble is lightly browned and the apples are cooked.
- Serve with coconut cream or a scoop of raspberry ice cream.
