Do you feel stressed? And what do you do to combat stress? Experts estimate: 80% of the German population suffer from stress - with mostly negative effects. The stress system of our body has an important and even good function. In this podcast episode, we explain how it works and what we can do to combat stress.

Our guest: former professional footballer Andy Möller – world champion, European champion, multiple German champion and now head of Eintracht Frankfurt's youth training center. He tells us what anti-stress measures are in place there and how he personally dealt with pressure and tension as a professional.

Our health nerd Matthias Baum also explains how stress can have either positive or negative effects on the body and can also affect our digestion. Of course, there are also specific anti-stress tips – for example the „BERN rule“. You can find out what this is all about and why exercise is a real stress killer in our episode:
