400 ml Coconut milk
120 g span class=""wpzoom-rcb-ingredient-name"">Dates, pitted
50 g Cocoa powder
1 Prise Salt
2 EL Cocoa nibs (chopped cocoa beans)
200 g fresh berries
Preparation
- Coconut milk, dates, cocoa and a small pinch of salt.strong>salt in a tall container and blend with a hand blender for 2-3 minutes until a thick, homogeneous consistency is achieved.
- Fill into small containers and leave to cool in the fridge for at least 2-3 hours.
- Sort and wash the berries.
- Sprinkle the chocolate mousse with cocoa nibs and serve with the berries.
