- 1 ripe mango
- 100 g Kokosraspeln
- 1 tbsp species-appropriate manuka honey
- some cinnamon
- grated sesame seeds
- Optional: Mint leaf and additional honey for garnish
Preparation
- Cook the grated coconut together with the coconut milk in a small pan for about 10 minutes until the liquid has been absorbed. Remove from the heat and stir in the honey, vanilla and cinnamon. Then leave to cool.
- Peel the mango and cut into small cubes.
- Alternate layers of coconut mixture and mango cubes in small glasses.
- Garnish with grated sesame seeds, a mint leaf and a little extra honey if desired.
- Enjoy straight away or serve lightly chilled.
