Ingredients

  • 2 Ripe avocados

  • 2-3 TL MANUKA honey

  • 40 g ungesüßter baking cocoa

  • Water or plant-based milk (e.g. almond milk).e.g. almond milk), if required

Preparation

  • Cut the avocados in half, remove the stone and scoop out the flesh with a spoon.
  • Place the avocado flesh, manuka honey and baking cocoa in a blender.
  • Blend all the ingredients until smooth. If the consistency is too thick, gradually add a little water or plant-based milk until the desired consistency is achieved.
  • Pour the avocado mousse into bowls and enjoy.
