Ingredients

  • 200 ml Olivesöl, e.g. B. PHENOLIO

  • 1 Branch Rosemary

  • 3 Branches thyme

Preparation

  • Peel the garlic cloves, place in a small pan with the rosemary and thyme sprigs and add enough olive oil to cover the garlic.
  • Heat slowly over a medium heat until the blossoms rise, reduce the heat a little and cook gently for 30-40 minutes until the garlic has colored and is completely soft.
  • Cool the confit garlic, pour into a clean jar and seal well - keeps for several weeks in the fridge.
