We talk about optimal fat burning in our bodies with the man who gets the stars fit: whether it's Lena Gercke, Verona Pooth, the Klitschkos or Cathy Hummels - they've all been relying on Björn Schulz, the personal trainer from the Stanglwirt celebrity hotel in Kitzbühel, for years.
Arnold Schwarzenegger himself once named him the “best trainer in Austria”. An accolade! Björn says: „Even the stars are not always in top shape“. He tells us his most effective exercises for burning fat, because: Too much body fat is a real danger to our cardiovascular system.
