It signals to us: Attention, something is wrong here. We talk about this with pain expert Nicolai Loboda from the Swiss therapy center Circles in Bern.
Nico says: ""Pain makes sense, because pain is always protection."" The expert answers our questions and gives very specific tips: Why do we have pain in the first place? How does it arise? And above all: what can we do about pain, including chronic pain?
