Raspberry ice cream with chocolate chips

A super quick recipe for a refreshing ice cream with raspberries and chocolate chips. Healthy and suitable for RESET. Everyone will love it!

Ingredients

  • 400 g frozen raspberries

  • 200 g Coconut yogurt

  • 2 EL MANUKA honey

  • 50 g dark chocolate, 90%

Preparation

  • Finely blend the frozen raspberries with the coconut yoghurt and honey. Chop the chocolate and mix into the ice cream.
  • Enjoy immediately or leave to freeze for approx. 20 minutes in the freezer.
  • To make the ice cream in advance, you can freeze it. Defrost before eating and mix well with a spoon.

Notes

  • Tip: Replace raspberries with other berries.
