In the podcast, we talk to our guests about health, well-being, happiness and lifestyle - in short: about the life of homo sapiens in the 21st century. How and why do people function the way they do? How are body, psyche and society connected? Amusing, vivid, revealing and sometimes surprisingly irritating, when our health nerds look at the issues of our time from a “species-appropriate perspective”. Moderated by Felix Moese – and always accompanied by new, great guests with whom our experts talk about personal experiences and the effects of nutrition, exercise, relaxation and stress on the human superorganism.
A world without modern diseases: In Episode 1, the two founders of artgerecht, Ari Bizimis and Daniel Reheis, together with podcast host Felix Moese, talk about their ideas, concepts and ambitious plans. There is a species-appropriate life and behavior for every living creature in the world. Animals follow their instinct, their genetic code, which has been hard-coded into their DNA for millions of years. We humans also have this code. However, our lifestyle has changed dramatically in an extremely short space of time - with serious consequences.
