Ingredients

  • 300 g young spinach./p>

  • 1/4 Pomegranate (alternatively currants or raisins)

  • 3 EL Pine nuts

  • ./p>
  • 2 EL White vinegar

  • 1/4 TL span class=""wpzoom-rcb-ingredient-name"">Dijon Mustard

  • 1 TL MANUKA honey

  • Salt, pepper

  • 1 Orange (juice)

  • ./span>

    3 EL PHENOLIO olivesöl

Preparation

  • Wash the spinach and spin dry.
  • Sauté the pine nuts lightly in a pan without fat.
  • Remove the seeds from the pomegranate.
  • For the dressing, mix the vinegar with mustard, MANUKA honey from artgerecht, salt and pepper, orange juice and PHENOLIO olive oil from artgerecht.
  • Mix the spinach with the dressing and serve with the pomegranate and pine nuts.
