1 Onion
700 ml Water
100 ml Coconut milk
5 Stängel Stängel Petersilie
3 EL Olivesöl, e.g.E.g. PHENOLIO
4 EL Dulse flakes
2 Splash Lemon juice
1 Prise< /span/span> Nutmeg, grated
Salt, pepper
Preparation
- Peel and finely dice the onion. Wash the cauliflower, remove the leaves and roughly dice the cauliflower florets.
- Sauté the onions in a pan with a little olive oil until translucent. Add the cauliflower and sauté for a few minutes. Pour in water, add coconut milk and salt and cook with the lid on for 10-15 minutes.
- In the meantime, wash the parsley and chop together with 2 tbsp of olives.olive oil, a dash of lemon juice and salt (the stalks can also be used).
- Heat some olivesöl in a pan and fry the dulse flakes in it for 2-3 minutes until crispy. They will change color and become crispy. Stir occasionally and stand to prevent them from burning.
- Finely puree the soup, season with nutmeg.nutmeg, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. Serve with the parsley & oil and the crispy dulse.
