Ingredients

  • p class=""ingredient-item-name is-strikethrough-active"">1 Cauliflower (approx. 1 kg)

  • 1 Onion

  • 700 ml Water

  • 100 ml Coconut milk

  • 5 Stängel Stängel Petersilie

  • 3 EL Olivesöl, e.g.E.g. PHENOLIO

  • 4 EL Dulse flakes

  • 2 Splash Lemon juice

  • 1 Prise< /span/span> Nutmeg, grated

  • Salt, pepper

Preparation

  • Peel and finely dice the onion. Wash the cauliflower, remove the leaves and roughly dice the cauliflower florets.
  • Sauté the onions in a pan with a little olive oil until translucent. Add the cauliflower and sauté for a few minutes. Pour in water, add coconut milk and salt and cook with the lid on for 10-15 minutes.
  • In the meantime, wash the parsley and chop together with 2 tbsp of olives.olive oil, a dash of lemon juice and salt (the stalks can also be used).
  • Heat some olivesöl in a pan and fry the dulse flakes in it for 2-3 minutes until crispy. They will change color and become crispy. Stir occasionally and stand to prevent them from burning.
  • Finely puree the soup, season with nutmeg.nutmeg, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. Serve with the parsley & oil and the crispy dulse.

Cauliflower is actually a leaf or the bud of cruciferous vegetables. It contains the substance sulphoraphane, which is particularly effective in combination with turmeric and is said to have an anti-inflammatory and anti-carcinogenic effect.

Dulse: The red algae is native to coastal regions of the Atlantic and Pacific and is now cultivated in Europe and Germany. Dulse has a nutty taste reminiscent of bacon and is used fresh or dried. Dulse algae is rich in carotene, vitamin C and iodine.

Onions are good sources of potassium, vitamin B and vitamin C – but they are particularly healthy because of their many antioxidants.

Lemons have a high content of vitamins, especially vitamin C, trace elements and secondary plant substances. It also activates liver enzymes that can help us detoxify

The nutmeg is as much a spice as it is a remedy.ndash; numerous antioxidant ingredients protect our body against inflammation and have a soothing effect on the gastrointestinal tract.

Parsley is rich in vitamins A, C and K and contains a high proportion of B vitamins. It also contains calcium, magnesium and iron. The chlorophyll has a blood-purifying and detoxifying effect.

Olivesöl are a natural source of fat and therefore an important source and store of energy. In addition, high-quality olive oil has a very high content of polyphenols, which have a health-promoting, anti-inflammatory and protective effect.
