Ingredients

  • 2 Aubergines

  • 2 TL Salt

  • 1 TL Salt

  • 2 TL Paprika powder

  • 2 TL Italian herbs from species-appropriate

  • 100 ml Olivesöl e.g.B. Phenolio

  • Supplement
  • Rucola

  • Tomato

  • Olivesöl e.g.B. Phenolio

  • Italian herbs from artgerecht

  • Salt

Preparation

  • Wash the eggplants, cut in half and slice as shown in the video.
  • Set the eggplants to one side. Mix the herbs and olive oil together in a separate bowl.
  • Spread the marinade generously over the eggplants and leave to marinate for 15-20 minutes.
  • In the meantime, preheat the barbecue.
  • Place the eggplants on the barbecue, turning occasionally and brushing with the marinade.
  • For the side dish, wash the rocket, cut the tomato into small cubes and mix with the olives and spices.
  • Finally, serve the grilled eggplants with the salad and enjoy.
