200 g frozen berries

Preparation
- If you are using fresh berries, rinse them thoroughly and place them in a freezer bag. Place this in the freezer overnight.
- The next day, place the frozen berries in the blender together with the fresh mint and MANUKA honey from artgerecht. You may need to add a little water so that everything combines better.
- Finally, garnish the sorbet with some fresh mint and enjoy.
