What is BPC-157?

BPC-157 (Body Protection Compound 157) is a synthetic pentadecapeptide consisting of 15 amino acids, derived from a protein found in human gastric juice. It is exclusively investigated in preclinical research studies and is not an approved drug nor available for clinical use in humans.

Mechanism of Action

BPC-157 exerts its effects through several biological mechanisms:

Promotion of angiogenesis: The peptide stimulates the formation of new blood vessels, supporting tissue supply and healing.
Modulation of the nitric oxide system: BPC-157 influences NO synthase, contributing to blood flow regulation and tissue repair.
