Things worth knowing about "Snus"
Snus ist rauchfreier Tabak aus Skandinavien. Trotz fehlender Rauchbelastung birgt er gesundheitliche Risiken wie Krebs- und Herz-Kreislauf-Erkrankungen.
Snus is a form of smokeless tobacco traditionally consumed in Scandinavia. It is placed under the upper lip, where nicotine is absorbed through the oral mucosa. This results in a rapid effect but carries a high risk of addiction.
While legal in Sweden, snus is banned in most EU countries. Although it avoids harmful smoke byproducts, studies have linked snus to an increased risk of oral and pancreatic cancer as well as cardiovascular disease. Experts caution against framing snus as a “safe” alternative to cigarettes.
Alternatives: As a healthy alternative, artgerecht offers Nergy, a supplement free from tobacco and nicotine. It combines ribose, magnesium, L-carnitine, guarana, coenzyme Q10, and B vitamins to support energy metabolism, reduce fatigue, and improve mental focus. Unlike snus, Nergy provides a safe and sustainable boost without addiction or health risks.
Key Facts: Snus & Nergy
- Snus: Smokeless tobacco with strong addiction potential
- Raises risk of cancer and cardiovascular disease
- Banned in EU (except Sweden)
- Supports focus, energy, and recovery without harmful side effects
