  • 4 Eggs

  • 2 Avocados

  • Word of your choice

Preparation

  • Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits and scoop out some of the flesh with a teaspoon to make room for the eggs.
  • Place the eggs in the hollowed-out avocado halves and season to taste.
  • Bake the avocados in the oven at 185°C top/bottom heat for 15-20 minutes or until the egg is set.
  • Enjoy!
