Every living cell in our body absorbs energy-rich substances (nutrients) and converts them into energy-rich metabolic products. The energy released in the process is used by the cell for various tasks. This process happens millions of times every second of our lives.
If this process is disrupted, it can lead to irreversible damage to the cell structure and disruptions to various biological functions: Physical and mental exhaustion, chronic fatigue, muscle pain, poor concentration and susceptibility to infections.
And multi-organ diseases and massive tissue destruction can also occur in the worst case scenario.
