There is no officially established daily dose for quercetin. Studies have used doses of 500 mg to 1000 mg per day, which are generally well tolerated. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should only take quercetin supplements after consulting a physician. Quercetin can interact with certain medications, particularly blood thinners and antibiotics.
