Delicious recipes, vegan and RESET suitable – you can never have enough of those, right? All the better if the dishes are prepared in front of the camera – tangible, informative and entertaining. With this idea in mind, we met with Thore Hildebrandt and developed a new video series for you: „Cooking with Thore“.
In our new cooking videos, vegan chef Thore Hildebrandt and our expert and health nerd Matthias Baum introduce you to sustainable, plant-based cooking and show you how you can be creative even with saved food to quickly and easily conjure up delicious meals.
Thore Hildebrandt is a trained banker from Berlin who has swapped his suit for a chef's coat. When he realized a few years ago that his office job was no longer fulfilling him, he went travelling and rediscovered his passion for cooking. He learned to see the world differently, changed his lifestyle and became a vegan chef with sustainability and community at heart. Zero waste, traditional preservation methods (fermentation) and sustainable cooking events are some of the topics that move him the most today.
